• Focus on your health now—it gets harder later • Learn a skill that will always be in demand • Take risks while you’re young; mistakes are easier to recover from • Be disciplined; consistency will take you further than talent • Protect your peace—stay away from drama • Don’t let social media pressure you into rushing life • Respect yourself, and others will respect you too * Respect isn’t demanded, it’s earned. Lead with actions, not words. * Choose your circle wisely. Surround yourself with people who inspire growth, not drama. * Patience and consistency beat shortcuts every time. Do not speak about how rich you are in front of a poor person. Do not speak about how happy you are in front of a sad person. Do not speak about how healthy you are in front of a sick person. Do not speak about how wonderful your life is in front of someone going through a hard time. Don’t waste time chasing validation or living for other people. Build your own foundation, stay disciplined, and away from the distractions. 18-29 is the time to grind, not party. Focus on being better, not fitting in. Focus on positive energy and people: "Surround yourself with people who FORCE you to level up. Because if you don’t, You’ll fall behind. Every time I’m around the right people, My focus sharpens, My decisions get smarter, It’s not luck; It’s alignment. Success is contagious when you’re in the right circles. Gratitude > Happiness Stress > Comfort Action > Stationary Practicing gratitude increases capacity for stress, stress is fuel for action. Don't let short-term emotions make long-term decisions.
