The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing partnership tax returns, S corporations, and C-Corps, and will be adept at managing tax compliance and consulting engagements. What will you do: Prepare and review complex Business (1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040) tax returns Preparation and Review including multi-state returns. International Taxation, Tax Research, Transfer Pricing, and various Tax Treaties Foreign Partnerships (Form 8865) Foreign Compliance forms like Form 5471, Form 5472 Tax Planning and estimates! Review of year end closings and financial statements prepared by staff. Tax compliance review and technical research. Analyze the scope of each engagement to manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines. Direct interaction with partners Monitor compliance with due dates and within time budgets. Participate in assigning duties and training staff Mentor and coach staff members in their development. Supervise numerous engagements simultaneously.
