Schedule and conduct discovery calls with sales and operations teams. Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools. Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue and engagement targets. Key Qualifications: 4–5 years in SDR, Account Executive, or similar B2B sales roles, preferably in insurance outsourcing. Proficient in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs. Strong ability to pitch outsourcing solutions to C-level and senior executives. Excellent communication, persuasion, and professional demeanor. Willing to work night shifts for US client engagement. Strong organizational skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
