*🔺Senior Advocate Designation:* Your road to being designated as a senior advocate becomes easier. As of 2023, almost half of the Advocates designated as Senior advocates were practising AoRs.  Even better, *34 of them* were first generation lawyers, and quite a few under 45 years of age.
