Position: IT Support Executive Location: Korangi Industrial Area (Karachi) Experience: 2-3 Years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Key Responsibilities: -Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems. -Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. -Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. -Manage and maintain IT assets, ensuring regular updates and inventory tracking. -Set up user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions. -Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and connectivity issues. -Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and data backups. -Ensure cybersecurity measures, including antivirus updates and firewall management. -Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices. -Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support. -Support in testing and deploying new technologies as required. Required Skills: -Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, network protocols, and IT security. -Hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. -Familiarity with cloud services, email management, and enterprise software solutions. -Ability to manage IT-related documentation and reporting.
