A one-day workshop for school principals and teachers on the implementation of NEP 2020 is being held today at Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU). The inaugural session has been graced by renowned educationists, including the Director of NCERT, the National President of VBASS, and the Vice Chancellors of KKHSOU and Pragjyotishpur University. The workshop has brought together over 400 school principals, teachers, and teachers of B. Ed Colleges from across the region. It features extensive discussions on critical topics such as the implementation of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023 in schools, the integration of Indian knowledge heritage into education, and the role of technology in modern schooling. This significant event is jointly organized by Pragjyotishpur University in collaboration with NCERT and KKHSOU, marking a pivotal step toward transforming education under the NEP 2020 vision.
