Shri Ratnesh Kumar Gautam, who has previously been managing and leading the ICT, PR, Legal, MSU, Rajbhasha, and Actuarial Divisions as Insurance Commissioner in ESIC , has officially taken additional charge as the Insurance Commissioner, National Training Academy (NTA). In his new role, Shri Gautam aims to bring about significant reforms in the National Training Academy (NTA) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) workforce. The IC (NTA) called upon to work for capacity building of the ESIC’s Human Resources, creating a repository of training material and for creating data based research work to be taken up by the academy. #esichq #nta
