Valentine’s Buddha Bowl - This step is extra nakhras cuz Valentine duh - We’re looking for salmon pink colour in our noodles so for that boil few pieces of purple cabbage until it turns purple. Sieve it and add lemon juice and it will turn to pink. Cook noodles in this water. - Chop carrot, radish, cucumbers for fibre - Cook mushrooms for few minutes with green garlic paste (chopped green garlic cooked in oil. it’s so fresh these days in the market) - For fish/paneer/tofu - mix the masalas (Kashmiri mirch, chilli paste or chilli flakes, haldi, oregano and garlic oil. Put this over your protein piece and pan fry in oil/butter. - Once noodles are boiled, in the same pan add garlic oil, green garlic paste, Nakli garlic, pink salt and cook for few minutes. - Buddha bowl means it’s full of colour and nutrients so on your plate add noodles (less than what you usually eat trust me), - Around the noodles add tomato (wtf I just realised I forgot adding it in the last pic), cucumber, radish, avocado (obvio) chana sprouts, protein and enjoy! - You can meal prep all this together and keep it in the fridge so you can have it again next few days!
