عربي - English مجلس الأنبار يعقد جلسته الاعتيادية الثالثة برئاسة المهندس عمر مشعان دبوس . عقد مجلس محافظة الأنبار جلسته الاعتيادية الثالثة برئاسة رئيس المجلس، المهندس عمر مشعان دبوس، بحضور أعضاء المجلس وممثلي الدوائر الحكومية ذات العلاقة، وشهدت الجلسة مناقشة عدد من القضايا المهمة التي تخص تطوير المحافظة وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين . تم خلال الجلسة مناقشة موضوع فرض رسوم على الفعاليات والأنشطة التابعة للقطاع الخاص، لدعم مرضى الفشل الكلوي والسرطان، وتمويل برنامج ابتعاث طلبة الدراسات العليا، ومعالجة الحالات الإنسانية الطارئة، حيث تم طرح الآراء حول كيفية تنظيم هذه الرسوم بما يضمن تحقيق التوازن بين دعم النشاط الاقتصادي وتوفير موارد إضافية لدعم هذه الفئات، وأكد رئيس المجلس على أهمية وضع آلية واضحة وعادلة لفرض الرسوم، بما لا يشكل عبئاً على المستثمرين ويحفز الاستثمار في المحافظة . كما شهدت الجلسة التصويت على تسمية النائب الأول والنائب الثاني لمحافظ الأنبار، حيث تم اختيار النائب الإداري ليكون النائب الأول، بينما تم تسمية النائب الفني ليكون النائب الثاني . وافق المجلس على إحداث قسم بلدي جديد في قرية المختار الواقعة خارج حدود التصميم الأساسي لمديرية بلدية الصقلاوية، وذلك بسبب تزايد الكثافة السكانية وافتقار المنطقة للخدمات الأساسية، ويهدف هذا القرار إلى تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتلبية احتياجاتهم المتزايدة . وقدم رئيس لجنة الخدمات بمجلس المحافظة، السيد جراح السلماني، شرحاً مفصلاً عن واقع حال أنشطة اللجنة، حيث تم مناقشة التحديات التي تواجهها اللجنة في تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين، وأكد المجلس على ضرورة تعزيز التعاون بين اللجنة والدوائر الحكومية لتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة . واستضافت الجلسة مدير المستشفى البيطري في الأنبار، حيث تولى رئيس المجلس ولجنة الزراعة والري مناقشة واقع حال المستشفى والتحديات التي تواجهه، وتم التأكيد على أهمية دعم المستشفى لتحسين الخدمات البيطرية المقدمة للمواطنين . كما استضافت الجلسة مدير مديرية البيئة في الأنبار، حيث تولى رئيس المجلس ولجنة الصحة والبيئة مهمة مناقشة واقع حال المديرية وأنشطتها، وتم التأكيد على أهمية تعزيز جهود المديرية في الحفاظ على البيئة وتحسين جودة الحياة للمواطنين . واستضافت الجلسة أيضاً مدير مديرية الطرق والجسور في الأنبار، حيث تولى رئيس المجلس ولجنة الخدمات مهمة مناقشة واقع حال عمل المديرية، وتم التأكيد على أهمية تحسين البنية التحتية للطرق والجسور في المحافظة لضمان سلامة المواطنين وتسهيل حركة النقل . اختتمت الجلسة بتأكيد رئيس المجلس على أهمية التعاون بين جميع الأطراف لتحقيق الأهداف التنموية للمحافظة، مشدداً على ضرورة متابعة تنفيذ القرارات التي تم اتخاذها خلال الجلسة، وأعرب عن أمله في أن تسهم هذه kidney failure and cancer patients, fund postgraduate scholarships and address urgent humanitarian cases The council debated ways to structure these fees to strike a balance between economic growth and securing additional resources for these causes He emphasized the need for a clear and fair mechanism that does not burden investors while encouraging investment in the province The council also voted on appointing the First and Second Deputy Governors of Anbar The Administrative Deputy was named First Deputy Governor while the Technical Deputy was appointed Second Deputy Governor In response to growing population density and the lack of essential services the council approved the establishment of a new municipal division in the village of Al Mukhtar which lies outside the main urban planning boundaries of the Saqlawiyah Municipality This decision aims to enhance public services and meet the increasing needs of the residents Jarah Al Salmani president of the Council’s Services Committee provided a detailed briefing on the committee’s activities highlighting the challenges it faces in delivering services The council stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between the committee and government departments to improve service quality The council hosted the director of Anbar’s Veterinary Hospital with the Council President and the Agriculture and Irrigation Committee addressing the hospital’s challenges and the need for greater support to enhance veterinary services The director of Anbar’s Environmental Directorate was also present engaging in talks with the Council President and the Health and Environment Committee about the department’s activities The discussion underscored the importance of bolstering environmental efforts to improve public health and quality of life The session featured a discussion with the director of Anbar’s Roads and Bridges Directorate led by the Council President and the Services Committee The conversation focused on the current state of the province’s infrastructure with an emphasis on improving roads and bridges to ensure public safety and facilitate transportation The session concluded with the Council Chairman reaffirming the need for cooperation among all stakeholders to achieve the province’s development goals He stressed the importance of following up on the decisions made during the session and
