XCMG Indonesia, a leading company in the Heavy Equipment Industry, is looking for SPV Accounting & Tax to strengthen our finance and tax operations. Job Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee general accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing. ✅ Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPH21, PPH23, PPH25, VAT, etc.) and prepare timely tax reports. ✅ Manage and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to PSAK & IFRS standards. ✅ Handle tax audits, submissions, and correspondence with tax authorities (DJP). ✅ Implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring full compliance with regulations. ✅ Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies. ✅ Monitor changes in accounting and tax laws, providing recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications: 📌 bachelor’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or Finance (master’s degree is a plus). 📌 Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably in a Supervisor role. 📌 Fluent in English (Mandatory), Mandarin proficiency is a plus. 📌 Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian Tax Laws. 📌 Hands-on experience with E-Faktur, E-SPT, and tax reporting systems. 📌 Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (SAP, Accurate, or Oracle). 📌 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
