โ6 hake fillets
โ15ml lemon juice
โBlack Pepper
โ250ml flour
โ20ml Spice for Fish
โ10ml Parsley
โ4 eggs
โ5ml Salt
โ2 cups Oil

1.In a bowl whisk the eggs together with the Salt.
2.In a separate bowl marinade the hake fillets in the lemon juice and a pinch of Black Pepper.
3.In another bowl mix flour together with the Spice for Fish and Dried Parsley.
4. Heat the oil in thick based pan.
5.While the oil is heating dip the hake fillets in the seasoned flour until well coated and then into the egg mixture.
6.When the oil is hot enough, fry the fish for 5 minutes turning once or until golden brown.
