๐™ต๐š›๐š’๐šŽ๐š ๐™ต๐š’๐šœ๐š‘ โˆ™6 hake fillets โˆ™15ml lemon juice โˆ™Black Pepper โˆ™250ml flour โˆ™20ml Spice for Fish โˆ™10ml Parsley โˆ™4 eggs โˆ™5ml Salt โˆ™2 cups Oil ๐™ธ๐š—๐šœ๐š๐š›๐šž๐šŒ๐š๐š’๐š˜๐š—๐šœ 1.In a bowl whisk the eggs together with the Salt. 2.In a separate bowl marinade the hake fillets in the lemon juice and a pinch of Black Pepper. 3.In another bowl mix flour together with the Spice for Fish and Dried Parsley. 4. Heat the oil in thick based pan. 5.While the oil is heating dip the hake fillets in the seasoned flour until well coated and then into the egg mixture. 6.When the oil is hot enough, fry the fish for 5 minutes turning once or until golden brown. food easyrecipes recipes
