A three-day intensive training program on Youth Leadership and Climate Literacy was successfully organized by Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) and the British Council. This training aimed to empower young leaders with essential skills to address climate challenges and drive positive community change. On the final day, participants engaged in an in-depth session on Design, Planning, and Execution of Social Action Projects, equipping them with practical knowledge on how to create and implement impactful community initiatives. The training covered key areas such as youth leadership development, climate literacy, project design, and execution, along with interactive workshops and group activities to encourage collaboration and innovative thinking. This transformative experience brought together passionate youth from diverse backgrounds, including representatives from International Youth Change Maker (IYCM) and other youth-led initiatives. Through engaging discussions and hands-on exercises, participants gained valuable insights into leadership, climate resilience, and sustainable action.
