Bishop Salifu Amoako, wife rearrested with fresh charges
Bishop Salifu Amoako and his wife, Mouha Amoako, are facing fresh charges over the East Legon car accident that claimed the lives of two teenagers.
This comes after initial charges against them were dropped, only for authorities to rearrest them.
Their son, Elrad Salifu Amoako, was sentenced in December 2024 to six months in a correctional center after pleading guilty to multiple charges, including manslaughter.
Reports indicate the 16-year-old was recklessly speeding in his parents’ Jaguar when the crash occurred.
This latest development keeps the tragic case in the spotlight, with renewed legal action against the Amoakos as justice for the victims remains a priority.
