As workers are clearing the #yamuna riverbanks, officials highlight the use of advanced equipment like trash skimmers and weed harvesters at other sites.
However, at ITO's Hathi Ghat, many workers are cleaning without gloves, masks or protective suits.
When asked why, an official said they were "in a hurry."
