عربي - English اجتماع استراتيجي في الأنبار لرسم خارطة طريق لتطوير القطاع الصناعي . ترأس رئيس مجلس محافظة الانبار، المهندس عمر مشعان دبوس، ومحافظ الانبار، الاستاذ محمد نوري، اجتماعا استراتيجيًا موسعًا ضم ممثلين عن هيئة الاستثمار وفريق استثمار الزجاج، واتحاد الصناعات، اضافة الى عددًا من المستثمرين المحليين، وشركات استثمارية دولية، لوضع رؤية صناعية تهدف الى تحويل المحافظة الى مركز صناعي واقتصادي رائد . تم خلال الاجتماع الاتفاق على اعداد خارطة استثمارية شاملة للصناعات التحويلية والتعدينية، وتحديد الفرص الواعدة في المحافظة مع التركيز على اقامة شراكات استراتيجية مع شركات دولية لنقل التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتوطين الصناعة بالتعاون مع الجامعات والمراكز البحثية المحلية، كما تمت مناقشة آليات توفير بيئة استثمارية جاذبة من خلال تقديم حزم دعم وتسهيلات اجرائية واستشارية لضمان جذب الاستثمارات وتعزيز الانتاج المحلي، مع العمل على تحقيق تكامل بين المشاريع الصناعية لرفع كفاءة الانتاج وتقليل الاعتماد على الموارد المستوردة دعمًا للاقتصاد الوطني . رئيس مجلس الانبار، المهندس عمر مشعان دبوس، اكد ان الاجتماع يمثل نقلة نوعية في مسيرة التنمية الصناعية في المحافظة مشيرا الى ان الانبار تمتلك امكانيات كبيرة تؤهلها لتكون مركزا صناعيا واقتصاديا متقدما، واضاف ان العمل مستمر لتوحيد الرؤى بين جميع الاطراف المعنية وضمان تكامل الجهود لتحقيق اهداف التنمية الصناعية . محافظ الانبار، الاستاذ محمد نوري اشار الى ان الاجتماع يأتي ضمن الجهود الحثيثة التي تبذلها حكومة الانبار المحلية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة مؤكدا ان المحافظة ستوفر جميع الامكانيات اللازمة لدعم المستثمرين وتذليل العقبات امامهم لضمان جعل الانبار وجهة استثمارية رئيسية في العراق . تم خلال الاجتماع الاستماع الى مقترحات الصناعيين والمستثمرين والاتفاق على تشكيل لجنة عمل مشتركة تضم ممثلين عن القطاعين العام والخاص، لمتابعة تنفيذ التوصيات وتحقيق الاهداف المرجوة في اطار استراتيجية متكاملة تهدف الى جذب الاستثمارات وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية . المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس محافظة الأنبار ١٨ شباط ٢٠٢٥ _________________________ In a move aimed at positioning Anbar on the map of industry and investment Provincial Council Chairman Engineer Omar Mashaan Dabbous and Governor Mohammed Nouri held a high level strategic meeting attended by representatives from the Investment Authority the Glass Investment Team the Federation of Industries as well as leading local investors and international investment companies to chart a roadmap for transforming the province into a major industrial and economic hub The meeting resulted in an agreement to develop a comprehensive investment plan covering manufacturing and mining industries with a focus on establishing strategic partnerships with international firms to transfer advanced technologies and localize industry in collaboration with universities and research centers Discussions also addressed ways to create an attractive investment environment by offering procedural and advisory incentives and enhancing local production through integrated industrial projects aimed at reducing reliance on imports and strengthening the national economy Council Chairman described the meeting as a turning point in Anbar’s industrial development emphasizing that the province has the potential to become a leading industrial hub and highlighting the importance of unifying efforts among all stakeholders to achieve ambitious economic goals Governor Mohammed Nouri reaffirmed that the meeting is part of ongoing efforts by the local government to achieve sustainable development stressing that the province is committed to providing all necessary support to investors and removing obstacles to position Anbar as a key investment destination in Iraq At the conclusion of the meeting investors and industrial leaders shared their perspectives leading to the decision to form a joint working committee comprising representatives from both the public and private sectors to oversee the implementation of recommendations and drive economic development through a comprehensive strategy that promotes investment and accelerates industrial progress in the province Media Office Chairman of Anbar Governorate Council Feb 18 , 2025
