عربي - English رئيس مجلس الأنبار يُكرّم الفائزين بمبادرة "تَكتُب" الأدبية في حفلٍ ثقافي مميز . تحت شعار "الكلمة أثر والفكر نهضة"، احتضنت قاعة القصر الحكومي في الأنبار مساء اليوم حفل تكريم الفائزين بمبادرة "تَكتُب" الأدبية، التي أطلقها رئيس مجلس الأنبار، المهندس عمر مشعان دبوس، احتفاءً باليوم العالمي للغة العربية، الحفل الذي شهد حضورًا نوعيًا ضمّ عدد من السيدات والسادة اعضاء المجلس، ونخبة من الأكاديميين والمثقفين والإعلاميين، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الفنانين وصناع المحتوى، جاء تتويجًا لجهود مبادرة ثقافية هادفة تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب وإبراز إبداعاتهم الأدبية . وفي كلمته الافتتاحية، رحّب رئيس مجلس الأنبار بالسادة الحضور، مؤكدًا أن هذا اللقاء يمثل "عرسًا أدبيًا" يحتفي بالكلمة الراقية والفكر النير، وأشار إلى أن مبادرة "تَكتُب" ليست مجرد مسابقة، بل هي رسالة ورؤية تهدف إلى تعزيز مكانة اللغة العربية كأداة للتواصل وهوية حضارية وإرث ثقافي . وأضاف رئيس المجلس :- " لقد أردنا من خلال هذه المبادرة أن نقول لكل شاب وشابة في الأنبار والعراق : حروفكم هي الجسر نحو المستقبل، فلتكن كلماتكم نبراسًا ينير الطريق . وتابع : "شارك في المبادرة أكثر من 40 شابًا وشابة، قدّموا أعمالًا إبداعية تنوّعت بين الدراسات النقدية والرواية وتوثيق الأماكن التاريخية والتراثية، حيث تم تقييم المشاركات وفق معايير دقيقة تراعي الأصالة والإبداع والقيمة الأدبية ". وتم خلال الحفل الإعلان عن أسماء الفائزين الثلاثة في التخصصات المذكورة، حيث تسلّموا جوائزهم، وأكد رئيس المجلس في كلمته أن الفائزين يحملون اليوم "راية الإبداع ومسؤولية الكلمة"، مشيرًا إلى أن أعمالهم ستكون نواة لمشاريع ثقافية كبرى تليق بإرث الأنبار العريق وتاريخه المجيد . كما وجّه رئيس المجلس الشكر إلى جميع الذين أسهموا في إنجاح المبادرة، من لجان التحكيم والإعلاميين والأكاديميين والفنانين وصناع المحتوى، مؤكدًا أن الثقافة ليست ترفًا، بل هي أساس النهضة وروح الأمة وذاكرة الأوطان . واختتم كلمته بالقول: "ما بدأناه اليوم لن يتوقف غدًا، فهذه خطوة أولى نحو مشروع ثقافي مستدام يدعم كل قلم حر وكل فكر مبدع وكل كلمة تستحق أن تُكتب " . يُذكر أن مبادرة "تَكتُب" تأتي في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز الحراك الثقافي في الأنبار ودعم المواهب الشابة، بما يسهم في بناء جيل واعٍ ومبدع قادر على حمل راية الثقافة والإبداع في المستقبل . المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس محافظة الأنبار ١٩ شباط ٢٠٢٥ _________________________ In a vibrant cultural evening the Anbar Government Palace hosted a special ceremony honoring the winners of the Taktub literary initiative launched by Anbar Provincial Council Chairman Engineer Omar Mashaan Dabbous in celebration of World Arabic Language Day Under the theme “ Words Leave a Mark, and Thought Drives Progress ”the event gathered council members, academics, intellectuals, media professionals, artists and content creators marking a significant step in empowering young talents and showcasing their literary creativit Engineer Omar Dabbous described the event as “ a literary celebration that honors refined expression and enlightened thought” He emphasized that Taktub is not merely a competition but a cultural vision aimed at reinforcing Arabic as a tool of communication and a cornerstone of civilizational heritage “We wanted to send a message to every young writer in Anbar and Iraq that their words are beacons of the future and their letters wings that carry them toward creativity” he added More than 40 young participants submitted works spanning literary criticism, fiction, and heritage documentation Entries were evaluated based on authenticity, creativity, and literary merit The ceremony concluded with the announcement of the top three winners who received awards in recognition of their outstanding contributions hailed as “the foundation for major cultural projects that honor Anbar’s rich legacy” Dabbous expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the initiative, including judges, academics, media professionals and artists He reaffirmed that culture is not a luxury but “the soul of a nation, the memory of civilizations, and the foundation of progress” Closing the ceremony he pledged ongoing support for cultural initiatives saying “ What we have started today is not just a moment of recognition but the first step in a sustained cultural movement that empowers free thinkers nurtures creativity and gives every deserving word a platform” The Taktub initiative is part of Anbar’s broader efforts to enrich the cultural scene and support young talent fostering a new generation ready to champion literature and knowledge into the future Media Office Chairman of Anbar Governorate Council Feb 19 , 2025
