Morocco's Ministry of Islamic Affairs confirmed on Friday that Ramadan 2025 (1446 AH) will begin on Sunday, March 2.
The crescent moon wasn't sighted after sunset on Friday, February 28 (Shaaban 29th). This means Shaaban will have 30 days, and the holy month of Ramadan begins the following day.
