PARAY MISSION HOSPITAL 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Under the supervision of the Medical Superintendent, the Medical Officer will be responsible for patient management, coordination of public health activities within the Health Service Area (HSA), and overall management of hospital health services. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Oversee the management of assigned hospital wards, conduct ward rounds, and actively participate in general rounds. • Perform physical examinations, arrange routine investigations, and document detailed patient notes as per hospital protocols. • Maintain records and registers as directed by the Medical Superintendent. • Ensure continuous patient care by reviewing and refining clinical management plans initiated by interns. • Evaluate patient symptoms, determine appropriate diagnoses, and conduct necessary research where required. • Prescribe appropriate medications based on patients’ medical histories. • Provide guidance on disease prevention and health promotion. • Prepare and present monthly reports on ward cases to the Medical Superintendent. • Coordinate clinical presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Possess a strong understanding of bone-related medical conditions and treatments, including fracture management and musculoskeletal health. • Remain on hospital premises during duty hours unless granted permission by the Deputy Medical Superintendent or Medical Superintendent.
