It shall happen when all States have completed their respective Stray Rounds on 1st hand. Newly eligible Candidates with reduced percentile shall also get a chance to register accordingly!_ _In 2023 NEETPG, Stray Round was conducted in Mid October 2023 and Special Stray Round in Mid November 2023._ _Let’s hope the process completes soon!_
