Job Overview Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences is seeking a qualified and experienced Accounting Assistant/Chief Accounting Assistant to join the Bursar’s Department – Student Accounts Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for student billing, reconciling invoices, handling student queries, and preparing audit schedules. Key Responsibilities ✓ Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. ✓ Attend to student account queries. ✓ Handle student billing and financial records. ✓ Assist in the preparation of audit schedules. ✓ Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications & Experience ✓ National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent. ✓ Degree in Accounting and Finance. ✓ Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. ✓ Knowledge of accounting software. ✓ Experience in cash handling.
