Jagadguru Pujyaśrī Jayēndra Sarasvati Śaṅkarācārya Svāmīgal went to every village and gave tīrtha prasādam to everyone personally. Similar to the concept of microfinance, He promoted microcharity. He facilitated the functioning of many vṛddhāśramās and pātāśālās, was compassionate to people, and did Dharma pracārā effectively through priyam. To bestow darśan in every village He walked through, a chair was brought. In crowded places, He would stand on the chair and offer darśan to everyone. Thus, He conferred many things and opportunities to everyone. Beyond just offering conveniences, He ensured that everyone got equal opportunity. He demonstrated the significance of dharma right here. He conducted countless Kumbābhiṣekams and Temple Thirupani, provided assistance to Odhuvārs and bhajan performers, extended loans to those in need, organized events to recognize those who repaid the loans and art performances and conducted a grant event of Hindu Samaya Kalai Vizha in the Congress Maidan here. Thus, He endeavored to instill an understanding of Advaita in the poor, villagers, and everyone alike. Even when the vākyas were in Saṃskṛtam, Pujya Shankaracharya Swamiji conveyed that "Padhavi is for Udhavi"—any position of authority exists to serve others.#kamakoti #jagadguruvacanam
