We are hiring a "Finishing Manager" to oversee and optimize our finishing operations. Candidate must have expertise in managing finishing tumblers, dryers, and shearing machines while ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Location: Nooriabad. Accommodation will be provided. Job Responsibilities: - Supervise and optimize the use of finishing equipment, including tumblers, dryers, and shearing machines. - Lead and manage teams in the finishing and shearing departments. - Oversee chemical issuance, usage, and record-keeping. - Monitor and adjust tumbler dryer and shearing machine parameters for optimal results. - Prepare detailed reports on production and machine performance. - Manage lot issuance, storage, and organization in the warehouse. - Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic stacking of finished lots. - Collaborate with Planning, Greigh, Dyeing, and Delivery departments for smooth workflow. - Coordinate with the Maintenance department for machine upkeep and spare parts procurement. - Communicate with the Quality Control team to maintain consistent quality standards. Requirements: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven experience in finishing operations within the textile industry. - Expertise in handling finishing equipment and optimizing machine parameters. - Knowledge of chemical usage and inventory management in finishing processes.
