Responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with domestic and international procurement regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies for timely material and service availability. Manage Mainly Overseas Procurement ensuring cost efficiency and compliance. Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements. Ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence. Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve procurement processes. Collaborate with finance, production, and project teams for procurement alignment. Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech. (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation) with 15+ years of experience in Fertilizer/Petrochemical procurement and contracts. Strong expertise in sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and risk management. Proficiency in SAP, Oracle Fusion, or ERP systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Work Environment: Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring cross-functional overseas team collaboration.
