Monitor the plan with the team to ensure targeted productivity and on-time delivery (O.T.D.). Focus on inventory reduction from Greige to Folding. Oversee weekly issuance with the Greige and Processing teams. Collaborate on SNOP with marketing and customers to enhance service levels. Participate in the daily OBEYA meetings in Processing.
