CONDOLENCE MESSAGE The KSO General Headquarters is deeply saddened to hear about the sudden passing of Pa (L) Mangminlen Kipgen of Canaan Veng at NEIGRIHMS Hospital, Shillong, at around 7:30 PM today, following a prolonged illness. Earlier, he was admitted to Woodland Hospital, Shillong, before being transferred to NEIGRIHMS Hospital, where he breathed his last. Pa (L) Mangminlen Kipgen was the father of Mr. Seigoulen Kipgen, Assistant Information & Publicity Secretary, KSO Shillong. During this time of grief, the KSO General Headquarters extends its deepest condolences and prayers to the bereaved family.
