#bachaaparty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 - 𝐈𝐓. #responsibilities: o Administer, configure, and maintain VMware ESXi 6 environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and related virtualization components. o Manage and maintain Windows-based servers across retail stores and central warehouse to ensure operational efficiency. o Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Point-of-Sale (POS) machines across retail locations. o Ensure 99.9% uptime for virtualized and physical servers, implementing backup and recovery solutions. o Regularly analyze system performance, address bottlenecks, and ensure optimal resource allocation. o Implement security hardening, apply updates, and ensure 100% patch compliance for servers and POS devices. o Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated issues from stores and warehouses, ensuring quick resolution. o Manage SAN/NAS storage, VLANs, vSwitches, and overall network health in the virtualized environment. o Maintain updated records of system configurations, IT policies, and troubleshooting guides. #requirements: o Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). o 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including VMware ESXi 6, Windows Server administration, and POS support. o Expertise in vSphere, vCenter, vMotion, DRS, HA, and SRM. o Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019), Active Directory, and Group Policies. o Hands-on experience with POS systems deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance. o Experience with storage solutions (SAN/NAS), VLANs, and network management. o Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.) and disaster recovery strategies. o Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira). o VMware certification (VCP-DCV 6 or later) is a plus. o Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments. o Experience with automation tools (PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform). o Knowledge of retail IT infrastructure, store networking, and centralized IT management.
