Key Responsibilities: Drive Lean Management Practices: Foster a culture of continuous improvement across operations. Identify Inefficiencies: Eliminate waste and optimize workflows to reduce operational costs. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate problems and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence. Deploy Quality Management Tools: Implement quality management systems within logistics operations. Staff Training & Development: Train and develop operations staff to uphold best practices and high-quality standards. Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators to ensure operational targets are met. Conduct Audits: Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain high operational standards. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to drive integration and operational visibility. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in a plant or logistics environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with lean management and quality management systems.
