Salary Package: Market Competitive Job Type: Yearly Contractual Client: Oil and Gas Industry Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad Description: • Conduct commercial analysis and devise strategies for the sale of Oil/Condensate, Natural Gas & LPG. • Assist in preparing negotiating strategies for key commercial agreements for Oil/Condensate, Natural Gas & LPG. • Liaison with Joint Venture Partners (JVP) for activities related to Company’s Operated and Non Operated blocks. • Coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and systematic flow of activities regarding approval of Authority for Expenditures (AFE), Circular Resolutions (CR), contracts and minutes of meetings. • Assist in managing annual Petroleum Concession Agreement (PCA) obligations of training fund and area rentals of operated assets as per the Petroleum Concession Agreement (PCA) provisions. • Draft reports, letters and provide analysis as assigned by Manager Commercial. • Maintain record of correspondence with Joint Venture Partners (JVP) and Regulators for Company’s operated and non-operated assets.
