*Dear Colleagues,* Greetings from Indian Academy of Pediatrics! This is to inform that we have noticed that Kepler Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is promoting the product Globesil GG a Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103), a nutraceutical for children by using the logo and mentioning as recommendation of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP). Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) neither permitted Kepler Healthcare to use the IAP logo nor recommended advertising IAP’s name in any of their company’s product promotion. IAP have already sent formal notice to immediately cease the unauthorized use of the IAP logo, name and the dissemination of false statements regarding its recommendations and the company confirmed with the deletion of same in PAN India level. We kindly request all IAP members to report to us along with the evidence, if observed any such occurrences of unauthorized usage of IAP name and logo.
