HOD Corporate sales Location : Lahore The Head of Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for leading and expanding the Enterprise Solutions team, including the International Sales and Executive Search teams. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and talent acquisition solutions. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, develop innovative enterprise offerings, and strengthen client relationships across regional and international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise solutions strategy aligned with organizational goals. Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and increasing revenue streams. Establish and maintain high-level relationships with enterprise clients and key industry stakeholders. Lead executive search and international sales initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise solutions. Manage and mentor the Enterprise Solutions team, ensuring high performance, alignment with business objectives, and continuous professional development. Oversee the International Sales team to drive growth and expansion in global markets. Direct the Executive Search team, ensuring top-tier client service and successful placements. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within all teams. Develop and customize enterprise solutions that address evolving client needs and emerging market trends. Build and sustain long-term partnerships with corporate clients by delivering value-added services and solutions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance HRTech, AI-driven recruitment solutions, and user experience. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize business growth. Implement scalable sales methodologies and customer success frameworks for improved client acquisition and retention. Act as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to business forums, networking events, and enterprise discussions. Qualifications and Experience 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, executive search or HR Solutions with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams. Proven expertise in corporate sales, key account management, or talent solutions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage regional and international teams. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven approach to sales, revenue forecasting, and business growth. Experience in HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment industries is a strong plus. Reporting Structure The Head of Enterprise Solutions will report directly to the CEO / CCO and collaborate closely with senior leadership to align strategies with business objectives.
