*🔖NEET - 2025🔖* *💥Documents Update💥:* *Upload Scanned Images of Candidate’s recent Passport size Photograph (taken after 01 January 2025), Signature, Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impression, Citizenship Certificate (if applicable), Social Category Certificate/Applied for Application, Class X Marksheet and Class X Passing Certificate or equivalency certificate(s) for conversion of CGPA/Grades, in percentage as also duly indicating DOB and PwBD/PwD Certificate (wherever applicable)* 👉i. The recent photograph should be in colour with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background. 👉ii. All uploaded images should be in PDF/JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible). 👉iii. The size of the scanned passport size photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible). 👉iv. The size of the scanned postcard size photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible). 👉v. The size of scanned Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions should be between 10 kb to 200 kb. 👉vi. The size of the scanned signature should be between 10 kb to 50 kb (clearly legible). 👉vii. The size of the scanned Category Certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 👉viii. The size of the scanned Class X Certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible). 👉ix. The size of the scanned Present Address and Permanent Address Proof Document should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible). 👉x. The size of the scanned NRI/ OCI/ Foreigner Certificate/ Documentary Proof should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 👉xi. The size of the scanned copy of the PwD/PwBD certificate/UDID (Swavlamban) card with both side in same pdf should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 👉xii. The size of the scanned copy of the Medical Certificate issued by 5 doctor bench should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 👉xiii. The size of the scanned copy of the Medical Certificate issued by 2 doctor bench should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 👉xiv. The size of the scanned photograph of scribe should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 👉xv. The size of the scanned signature of scribe should be between 10 kb to 50 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable, 👉xvi. The size of the scanned qualification certificate of scribe should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable, 👉xvii. The size of the scanned undertaking for using your own scribe should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 👉xviii. The size of the scanned Identity Proof should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible). 👉xix. Certificate of Physical limitation to write, wherever applicable. *Please check your photograph and signature before submission of the Application Form. In case the photograph or signature is blurred or not visible to identify the identity of the candidate then, the application will be rejected and no option for correction or revision will be permitted.* *👉Note:* The Candidate has to upload only his/her own latest (taken on/after 01 January 2025) photograph, signature, Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impression, and certificate(s) as mentioned above (and not of anybody else) in a correct/proper manner, as the facility for correction will not be given in future. In case, it is found at any time in the future that the Candidate has used/uploaded the photograph, Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impression, signature, and certificate(s) of someone else in his/her Application Form/Admit Card, or he/she has tampered his/her Admit Card/Result/Scorecard, these acts of the candidate shall be treated under Unfair Means (UFM) Practices and action(s) will be taken as detailed under the provisions of the Information Bulletin relating to Unfair Means Practices.
