*Breaking News* The Masvingo High Court has set aside the decision of the Bikita Magistrate court which ordered eviction of ward 24 residents from village 7. The court had ordered thst the people illegally settled themselves on gazzeted government land Advocate Martin Mureri was deployed by ZLHR to represent the members. The success of the appeal means that the residents have been granted their right to settle on the land without any disturbance.
