Taraba SEMA Donates Hand Sanitizers to State Primary Health Care Development Agency to Enhance Lassa Fever Prevention
Under the leadership of His Excellency, Dr. Agbu Kefas, Taraba State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) has taken a proactive step in combating Lassa fever. SEMA donated hand sanitizers to the Taraba State Primary Health Care Development Agency, a crucial tool in preventing the spread of Lassa fever.
Dr. Audu Echuseh, Executive Secretary of Taraba SEMA, handed over the hand sanitizers to Dr. Nyigwa Tukura, Executive Secretary of the Taraba State Primary Health Care Development Agency.
The hand sanitizers will be distributed across 168 primary health care facilities, demonstrating SEMA's commitment to citizens' wellbeing and safety. This initiative is vital, given Taraba State's reported Lassa fever cases.
