Last week, we had the privilege of spreading Valentine’s cheer at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This heartwarming visit reinforced our commitment to making a positive impact on the communities we serve through wellness and psychosocial support programs.
We began the day by paying a courtesy visit to the CEO and Head of Partnerships, strengthening our collaboration for future community initiatives. From there, we proceeded to the NICU, where we had the privilege of meeting new mums and their babies. In the spirit of love and encouragement, we gifted them special Valentine’s packages, a small but meaningful gesture to support them during this critical stage of their journey.
To wrap up the day, we shared moments of warmth and joy over cake, taking time to listen to the mothers' experiences and uplift their spirits. It was a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a lasting difference.
