I had returned home from the conference I went for, before she saw the post. She came to my DiEm and said “Son, are you serious like this? Marriage is the next thing now?” I was like, “Mummy mi, you're so extra!”, I told her, I said “Mum, I didn't mean it oo, it's just a cruise.” I was expecting her to say something like “It had better be a cruise o” afterwards - and, of course, she did! We both had a good laugh about it, and I was relieved that she didn't take me seriously. You see, TRULY, I lost my biological mum and dad 5 and 4 years ago, RESPECTIVELY. It was REALLY a tough time for me, but God has been faithful. He has provided me with people who have become like MORE to me. I'm not without a mother figure, EVEN NOW. I have somebody who would make sure I do the right things at the right times. Somebody who would scold me if I do wrong. Somebody who would bring me back if I go astray. Somebody who would keep close watch on me and make sure I do not contradict divine timing. Somebody who would do her best in putting out my needs. She's more than just a aunt - she's a big mummy, a friend, a confidante, and a blessing from God. Mum Princess Debby, I don't know what I'd do without you, ma. I just want to say thank you, BIG TIME. Thank you for being there for me, for guiding me, and for loving me unconditionally. You'll grow old and strong FOR US ALL. DEATH TOO, will not snatch us away from you. #movewithajagunsegun
