The Direct Taxes Code Bill, 2013 was introduced in the Lok Sabha after considering stakeholder suggestions & referred to the Standing Committee on Finance. The revised Code i.e Direct Taxes Code Bill, 2013 allowed Tax Audit by Cost Accountants & Company Secretaries.
WHY NOT in the Income Tax Bill, 2025?
