*Essentialism* isn't about getting more done in less time. It's about getting *the right things* done. *Subtract and Advance* - take away things restraining you from making progress, you can't move as fast as you ought if what you are carrying is too heavy. Eliminate the *nonessential.* Focus your energy on what truly matters, be a master of your time. Reclaim total control. By saying NO to what's trivial we create time for what's meaningful.
