Many wanting COMPLIANCE to win, other a wanting “REVIEW-RETHINK the budget” the budget to win. UNPRECEDENTED. I doubt many even understand the implication of the budget speech, some only listen to hear if social grants will increase, and we can’t blame them cause I think we can do more in education our people about all the important speeches that gets delivered in different platforms by our politicians.
