*SADC update:* Leaders who met yesterday say they will hold a joint summit with the East African Community on the DRC issue. Some East African govts want DRC to restore the mandate of East African peacekeepers, kicked out by Kinshasa in 2023. Rwanda refuses to recognise SADC forces as peacekeepers.
