Remote Jobs Cohort 2.0

Good evening Admin
Here's my dilemma:
Can I Balance On-Site and Remote Jobs Simultaneously?
I have been presented with two exciting job opportunities: one requires your presence on-site, while the other offers the flexibility of remote work. Both roles align with your skills and interests, and I am eager to take on the challenges at pay is 350,000 for onsite (Pension, Leave allowance, HMO and 13th month) and 250,000 for remote
However, I am unsure if it's feasible to manage both jobs simultaneously, considering the different work arrangements. I worry about:
1. Conflicting schedules: Will I be able to balance the on-site job's fixed hours with the remote job's flexible schedule?
2. Divided attention: Can I devote equal attention to both roles, or will one suffer at the expense of the other?
3. Blurred boundaries: How will I maintain a healthy work-life balance with two jobs demanding your time and energy?
What would you do?
A) Accept both jobs and figure out a way to make it work.
B) Choose one job that better aligns with your priorities.
C) Negotiate with one or both employers to adjust the work arrangements.
D) Decline both offers, citing concerns about workload and burnout.
What's your decision?
