NCDEX, in its 155th board meeting, approved the launch of a new Equity and Equity Derivatives segment. This marks a strategic move to diversify beyond its core agri-business. The exchange plans to invest ₹400–600 crore in this initiative, aiming to tap into the growing equity market while creating synergies to strengthen its agri-commodity segment.
