You will serve as the primary point of contact for international students and guide them from inquiry through to enrollment. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and an understanding of international education systems. *Key Responsibilities:* 👉 *Student Recruitment:* Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions to provide information about the institution’s programs, admissions process, and campus life. 👉 *Application Guidance:* Assist applicants with the completion of admission requirements, including application forms, submission of transcripts, recommendation letters, and any other required documents. 👉 *Counseling & Advising:* Provide personalized support to prospective students, helping them understand their program options, career prospects, and financial aid opportunities. 👉 *Outreach Activities:* Participate in and organize recruitment events such as virtual open houses, international fairs, webinars, and school visits to attract prospective students. 👉*International Admissions:* Assist students from various countries, ensuring they understand the specific admission criteria, visa requirements, and academic standards needed for successful entry into the institution. 👉*Communication:* Maintain timely and professional communication with prospective students and their families, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the admission process. 👉*Data Management:* Track and manage prospective student data through the CRM system, ensuring all student inquiries, applications, and enrollment data are updated accurately. 👉*Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing, academic, and student services teams to support recruitment strategies, develop promotional materials, and ensure consistent messaging. 👉*Market Research:* Conduct research on international education trends, student needs, and emerging markets to inform recruitment strategies and improve the admissions process. 👉*Reporting:* Prepare regular reports on student inquiries, applications, and enrollments, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment efforts. *Education/Experience* *Qualifications:* 👉Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field. 👉 2+ years of experience in student admissions, counseling, or recruitment (experience in an international education setting is a plus). 👉Strong knowledge of international admissions processes, including visa requirements and credential evaluation. 👉Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. 👉Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to guiding students through every step of the admission process. 👉Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (experience with admission platforms is a plus). 👉Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 👉A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude toward student recruitment challenges. 👉Familiarity with educational systems in various countries is preferred. 👉Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
