God’s love for man is revealed in His intent to create him in His image and likeness (Genesis 1:26). This goes beyond physical resemblance; it signifies a shared nature, character, and eternal life. God’s ultimate desire was not just to create men but to cultivate them into sons and partakers of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). Yet, a battle rages over the soul of man. The enemy, Satan, works tirelessly to blind men from receiving this eternal life (2 Corinthians 4:4). His strategy is simple—corrupt the soul, distort truth, and disconnect men from God. But God’s love is relentless. Just as an earthly parent would never abandon their child, God refused to leave man in darkness. He took on flesh in Christ Jesus (John 1:14), walked among us, and through His life, death, and resurrection, He restored the way to true life and sonship (John 10:10). This is the truest, purest love a man will ever experience—the love that gives life, identity, and purpose.
