Last week in my FB group advertising thread, I said I’d post one of the contributions… The lovely folks at Inspire Instructor Training and myself have created a support group on Facebook for anyone dealing with menopause. It's a weird time for us women and it can be baffling for both us, and those around us. The group is open to all. Women can share their experiences, and men can get an insight into why we may seem a bit batshit at times! Every single women you know, has either gone through it, is currently going through it or will be going through it at some point.
