By the end of 2024, the net assets of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Organismes de Placement Collectif Immobilier - OPCI) in Morocco surpassed 100 billion dirhams, representing one-sixth of the total assets of the Organismes de Placement Collectif en Valeurs Mobilières (OPCVM). This remarkable growth highlights the rapid expansion of OPCIs, which have achieved impressive development within just five years since their creation, driven by increasing investor interest in real estate-backed financial products.
