Humans associate with anyone they feel they can benefit from directly, indirectly, immediately, or in the future. No one truly likes or cares about you that much. The earlier you realize this, the better. Keep improving yourself to stay in demand. The moment your light stops shining, all the flies will leave for somewhere else where there is light. I realized this some years ago. That’s why I unapologetically put in my best now, do and say what I like, and don’t care how anyone feels about it. You don’t like or care about me that much, I know why you’re loyal and still around. It’s the light.💡 So when people don’t associate with you, don’t feel bad about it. That’s just the way it is.
