*Honoring the Legacy of Prof. Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe* This month, the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) pays tribute to Prof. Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe, a fearless revolutionary who led the historic Anti-Pass Campaign on March 21, 1960. His call for peaceful resistance against the oppressive apartheid regime was met with brutal violence, culminating in the Sharpeville Massacre, where 69 unarmed African protesters were murdered by the regime’s forces. Despite relentless persecution, Sobukwe remained steadfast in his commitment to African liberation, land repossession, and self-determination. His legacy continues to fuel our struggle for the total liberation of Azania.
