That pair of shoes you barely wear anymore could be the only decent pair someone owns.
The blanket tucked away in storage could bring warmth and comfort to someone shivering through a cold night.
The baby clothes and toys your child has outgrown could bring smiles to another mother and her little one.
The extra bag you never carry, the scarf you bought but never wore, the wristwatch sitting in a drawer, small things to you, but they could make a big difference to someone else. The list is endless.
Instead of letting things sit unused (unless it's memorial), let them serve a purpose.
Let them bring warmth, joy, and relief to someone else. When we give, we don’t just clear space in our homes, we create space in our hearts for kindness, gratitude, and connection.
I forgot to write, yesterday I was at a book launch, a 305-page Personal Finance Management book by Audrey Mwala. Story for another day.
