This has resulted in improved livelihoods, increased income, and enhanced food security for many families in the region. In Alebtong District, for instance, the PDM has supported farmers in adopting modern farming practices, leading to increased crop yields and better market access. The program has also empowered women and youth by providing them with skills training and access to finance, enabling them to start their own businesses and improve their socio-economic status. As President Museveni concludes his 3-day tour, the people of Lango sub-region are eager to showcase the progress they have made under the PDM initiative.
