Today, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has initiated his evaluation tour of the Parish Development Model (PDM) in the Ankole subregion, focusing on Rubirizi district. During this visit, he met with Madam Tumusiime Deziranta, a PDM farmer from Rubirizi district, who has acquired five pigs and goats with the one million shillings she received.
